This company is a leading brand activation agency. Working in partnership with our clients, they devise and deliver experiential campaigns for the world's most ambitious brands. Experiential Marketing experts, they use insight-led creative and brand experiences to engage with the right people and change what they think, feel and do. They apply 20 years of marketing experience to successfully deliver our clients' requirements, across sectors including FMCG, health and beauty, luxury goods, retail and technology.
* Able to pull together a comprehensive quote on BMS with minimal/no assistance. Provide training and support new colleagues. Sense check handovers from Business Development.
* Manage margins understand what affects them and upselling accounts where possible, escalating concerns as required
* Understand how costs impact on client budgets and be able to discuss with client next steps
* Demonstrate awareness of costs on jobs being managed and be able to discuss with confidence in Commercial Reviews learnings and recommendations and share to wider team if appropriate
* Able to submit comprehensive creative briefs and provide support to junior colleagues
* Understand the creative process TACCL
* Be able to discuss creative concepts with clients with the support of Creative/Line manager
Account Handling
* Responsible for managing multiple campaigns effectively and profitably by planning for and organising all areas relevant to execution
* Understand client briefs with metrics for success and KPIs
* Develop relationships with key stakeholders on an account ensuring regular client contact - combination of F2F and email
* Be a confident presenter, thoroughly understanding the content and able to respond to questions
* Be able to diplomatically challenge client and internal departments
* Be able to deputise for line manager as needed
* Display confidence and knowledge of your accounts
* Work closely with internal departments to ensure timescales/budgets are met on all campaigns
* Act as a key point of contact to oversee the delivery of correct and completed client work on time and to schedule, managing SLAs, turnaround times and campaign costs with client.
* Lead day to day management of any client deliverables and successful closure of any issues.
Qualifications, knowledge & experience
* A degree, or equivalent in a relevant subject
* Previous Project Management experience.
* Experience of coaching and mentoring peers / junior colleagues
* Excellent written and spoken English skills in order to write campaign reports, training documents and deliver solid presentations.
* Ideally have experience of working as a Campaign Manager in a similar client or agency environment
* Excellent communication and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise conflicting deadlines and work across multiple fast-moving projects with multiple clients.
* Previous responsibility of managing day to day client relationships with the ability to carefully manage expectations, resolve issues as they arise, and build excellent working relationships, providing a credible and valuable point of view.
* Good understanding of campaign reporting and analysis and strong financial acumen.
* High level of IT literacy (MS Office and Excel) including ability to analyse data, use spreadsheets and produce reports.
* Can demonstrate the ability to think beyond the immediate execution
