Monitoring the inbox, actioning and forwarding emails
Supporting inbound leads by qualifying individuals who meet certain criteria
Answering inbound telephone calls
Understanding how best to use their online chat to communicate exciting updates and systems changes
Supporting with the delivery of training webinars Your passionate and committed to improving the customer experience combined with effective communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships will enable you to excel in this role.
