Sales Team Leader OpportunityAs we are expanding our sales team with high calibre experienced Travel Specialists we now require an additional Sales Team Leader.

You will have long-haul, expert destination knowledge and be confident in pricing, booking systems, quote delivery and landing sales. We are looking for someone with managerial/supervisory experience preferably from within the travel industry to help lead our sales agents to success.

The Role
  • Leading a team of remote Luxury Travel Specialists to achieve company targets.
  • Managing agent performance against company KPI measures.
  • Day to day running of a busy virtual sales floor.
  • Producing and circulating accurate data to monitor trend and performance indicators.
  • Identify and implement sales strategy opportunities.
  • Coach, motivate and champion the team in 1:1 and group settings.
  • This is a full time, permanent role, with some weekend and evening work and days off in the week.
RequirementsWhat we look for
  • Good knowledge of long haul travel and tailor made itineraries.
  • Able to demonstrate accomplished sales background.
  • 3 years+ in managing and coaching for performance excellence
  • Performance management experience
  • Agile thinker
  • Well travelled and travel passionate.
  • Skilled in working with Excel documents.
  • Results-driven with an aim to over-deliver on the sales floor monthly targets.
  • Demonstrate company values and ethos in day to day responsibilities.
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure..
