Marketing Director EMEA | London (Remote) | £90000 - £(phone number removed)

You must be able to apply your demand generation, digital and sales marketing expertise to:

Drive the strategy and execution of the EMEA go-to-market plan
Increase marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline generation to support three sales organisations
Plan and execute events
Create, execute, monitor, report, and follow-up on programs to create a targeted number of leads and inquiries
Work cross-functionally with SDRs, sales, product marketing, customer success etc to implement marketing plans
Position sector marketing activities to support the sales goals for leads and opportunities
Support the Marketing and Sales Ops teams to manage measurement of every event program's impact through SFDC reporting, assess event/campaign ROI, & make recommendations for improvement and ensure department consistency
Actively work alongside the digital marketing and demand gen teams on paid and social ad creation to drive MQLs to SQOs
Track and measure: Pipeline numbers by territory and Sales Rep, Pipeline numbers by marketing program
Actively work, plan and implement with sales teams and participate and contribute in team meetings, marketing and cross-functional departments
Demonstrate you are a strong team player that can be resourceful and give insight

You may be the right person for the role if you have:

Substantial marketing experience, working with sales and marketing organisations within the cybersecurity space
Solid account-based marketing experience and know-how targeting Global 2000 organizations
Experience and familiarity of working in the EMEA market and experienced in working with channel cybersecurity partners, GSI's, and Technology Partners
Ability to define and implement the EMEA marketing strategy and marketing plan
Experienced in supporting Sales Development teams with top-of-the-funnel initiatives
Experienced in understanding and building the MQL funnel required to support the revenue plan
Comfortable with managing budgets and positioning marketing spend to sales expected outcomes
Creative ability to recognise trending and new topics for content
Experience with reporting and planning tools e.g. Salesforce
Experience with working and managing remote marketing teams
Strong team and communication skills
