1st Line Support Analyst - Microsoft, O365, AD

Dudley - 6 months - £100 - £120 p/d

Applause IT are seeking a 1st Line Support Analyst with experience within a Microsoft tech stack and strong customer service skills is sought by a Midlands based charitable organisation.

The ideal 1st Line Support Analyst must be able to demonstrate the following key skills and experience:

Day to day hardware, software and application support
User support experience - setting up accounts, password resets, access to shared areas
Previous Purchasing or Procurement experience.
You will provide excellent customer experience and high-quality IT support.
You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group (executives, managers & subject matter experts) whilst providing an excellent customer experience.
Windows 10, Office 365 admin, Mimecast, Active directory, Troubleshooting skills, team player
