Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a committed and creative Year 6 Teacher to join a two form entry school that are working towards improving their delivery of lessons in the lead up to SATS. The Head teacher boasts high expectations of learning which has lead to the requirement for an enthusiastic individual to begin after the October half term on a full time basis for at one term with potential for extension. The School are looking to appoint a Teacher that is willing to boost motivation within the 28 pupil classroom and deliver engaging lessons in order to raise the current standards. Based in Hartlepool, the School boast an extremely supportive team and would be open to Newly Qualified Teachers applying. Located close to local transportation links the School is easily accessible and also offers free car parking.
UK recognised QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Previous SATS experience
Valid DBS (A Child Workforce certificate that is accessible through the Update Service)
Eligible to work in the UK (right to work in the UK documentation)
Details of role:
Teaching a Year 6 Class of 28 pupils with 2 SEN pupils and 1 Teaching Assistant
Working in partnership with teachers and other professional agencies to provide effective support with learning activities
Must undertake the marking, teaching and potential assessment of all subjects
Be responsible for the education and welfare of Y6 pupils
Competitive salary with rates of up to £650 per week (depending on experience)
