*Swimming Teacher Coordinator - Selby, North Yorkshire*

*37 hours per week*

Our Swimming Teacher Coordinator role is a key role within Inspiring healthy lifestyles, ensuring our swimming lessons are recognised and renowned as "the best place to learn to swim" locally.

In this role you will create a safe, structured and fun learning environment where Swimming Teachers will enjoy the privilege of teaching people of all ages and abilities to swim, ensuring they are trained qualified and supported in achieving their objectives.

You will grow and optimise our Learn To Swim programme ensuring we are achieving our targets and more! You will be an excellent administrator as you will ensure our processes are efficient and always used.

*About You:*

If you are passionate about inspiring people to gain an important life skill and have experience of leading a team of Swimming Teachers then we want to hear from you!

You will be motivated to support our Swimming Teachers and ensure they have the tools and training to be successful, ensuring a commitment to every Teaching Team member's personal development.

You will have the relevant professional qualifications required for this role as outlined in the job description.
