We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Trainer/Assessor.
This is a great time to join as this training provider is going through an exciting period of growth.
This training provider has an added focus on the learner journey and the quality of the delivery and assessment.
The Digital Marketing Trainer will be supporting learners who are working towards Level 3 and 4 apprenticeships in Digital Marketing.
Learners are based in South Yorkshire

Typical duties of the Digital Marketing Apprenticeship Assessor / Skills Coach will include:
• To coach, mentor, and guide learners who are engaged in Digital Marketing apprenticeship programmes
• Actively support, mentor and motivate learners across the learner journey to help them with the timely completion of their learning aims and qualification. Contact will be varied and will include coaching through Microsoft Teams and online platforms, Telephone, Webinars, and E-Portfolios.
• Deliver inspiring training and coaching sessions to groups and individual learners.
• Support and coach the learners with Functional Skills in Maths and English
• Set individual targets for each learner based on the capability to ensure KPIs are met
• Manage your diary so that agreed contact with learners is achieved.
• Identify and assess learners' needs and put in place robust learning plans, with realistic and challenging goals, that enable learners to understand their personal journey and realise their potential.
• Observe, mark, and review work produced by learners to ensure it is of the appropriate standard to reflect the learner's qualification and meet the needs of the qualification.
• Provide insightful, constructive, and informative feedback to help the learner maximize their potential
• Proactively monitor, evaluate and improve the quality and effectiveness of own workload and working practices to ensure deadlines and targets are met and that the learner has an outstanding experience.
• Ensuring all IT systems are up to date and meet funding compliance
• Coaching and guiding the learners to the End Point Assessment.

Skills and Experience Required for the Digital Marketing Assessor/Tutor:
• Ideally be Assessor Qualified e.g. TAQA, CAVA, A! or willing to work towards
• Recognised Teaching Qualification would be desirable- PTLLS, Award in Education and Training or be prepared to work towards
• Up to date knowledge and experience of delivering Digital Marketing Standards at level 4. Coding is highly desirable
• Previous experience working in a marketing/digital marketing environment
• Ideally, hold a qualification at Diploma or above in Digital Marketing, Social Media
• Proven track record in achieving Targets and Quality Standards
• Full UK Driving License and own transport, with the flexibility to travel
