This Global Cutting Edge SaaS Hr Software company is expanding and is looking to grow its Sales & marketing function. The Field Marketing Manager will be a strategic part of our clients rapidly growing UK team and will have a meaningful impact on our customer acquisition and expansion efforts.

The UK Field Marketing Manager will be their first UK marketing hire.

About The Role

Develop, own and implement the UK marketing strategy for customer acquisition and expansion, including partner marketing and campaign planning

Focused on understanding the value creation cycle for the customer and aligning the business to deliver to those objectives

Work closely with regional sales and partner managers to develop and deliver account based marketing plans

Budget management and execution of programs with timely and precise reconciliation

Drive ROI - Propose, drive and measure ROI across all projects and campaigns

Use omni channel marketing strategies to deliver high-value campaigns according to the behaviours of multiple buyer personas/avatars across multiple use cases

Track your marketing campaigns and determine the most successful ones

Collaborate effectively with the HQ Marketing, Sales and Partner teams

Partner with the sales & partner organizations to support top of funnel business priorities and goals

Plan and host offline & online events

Be a brand advocate /Thought leader mindset

Your Experience & Skills

7+ years of B2B SaaS experience as a field marketing manager in UKI

Experience of enterprise marketing strategies and best practices (ABM, Strategic Marketing, PR, Agency Management, Partner Marketing, Event Management, SEO, SoMe, Market Research & Analysis, Internal Comms, Channel Marketing)

Ability to measure, analyze, execute, and improve marketing programs Demonstrable success delivering targets account-based marketing campaigns

Track record of success delivering pipeline and revenue outcomes

Experience of working with the channel (VAR's, GSI's)

Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
