A brand-new position with a focus on digital marketing, this role will be responsible for creating and implementing activities revolved around member acquisition and retention. The Membership Marketing Manager will:
  • Work closely with the Communications and Content Manager to ensure close-knit integration of all marketing and communication channels and content
  • Design and manage creative insight-led member journeys, using data and audience insight to inform acquisition and retention campaign strategies
  • Be a passionate brand champion to improve brand guidelines and increase brand awareness
  • Play a key role in developing website user journeys in line with campaign plans; creating engaging content that is aligned with the broader marketing strategy

Required skills and experiences:
  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification
  • Strong background as a digital leader with experience in paid digital channels, paid social, PPC, SEO, A/B Testing and data-led email campaigns
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • A natural leader, personable and ready to lead and manage a growing team
