The Role

The position will involve the following day to day responsibilities:
  • To ensure the emails are looked at daily and filter the invoices into their relevant folders.
  • To ensure invoice supplier queries are dealt with efficiently and professionally
  • To ensure the correct invoices are uploaded to the correct & relevant subsidiary including making sure the relevant back up documents are uploaded
  • Process of high volumes of purchase ledger invoices
  • Processing of Invoices including all subsidiary companies
  • Checking the correct information has been accurately entered to enable correct payments are made to the correct suppliers
  • Investigating purchase ledger queries
  • Email suppliers and other departments with the business to resolve queries
  • Responsibility for processing Personal expense claims
  • Reconciling supplier statements & dealing with queries
  • Ensure high level of accuracy of input and coding
  • Costing of invoices from the purchase ledger workflow
  • Providing support to the Purchase Ledger manager & team on ad-hoc projects
  • Adhering to the finance department policies and procedures

Person Specification
