Core Responsibilities • To complete weekly bank reconciliations for all AGI Staffing EMEA entities. Team will be tasked with maintaining up to 45 bank accounts in various currencies. • Ensure all reconciling items are thoroughly investigated with the relevant teams in a timely manner, with a detailed analysis on any items still unreconciled by the close period. • Regular reviews with the Senior Accountant to continually review the bank reconciliation process, including unreconciled items, suggesting efficiencies and improving controls. • To build effective relationships across the business, including Accounts Payable, Payroll, Treasury and Accounts Receivable. • To support the Finance Team during busy periods with exposure to management accountant tasks, including journal postings, Audit support, Intercompany reconciliations, recharges and any other ad-hoc tasks. • Assist Finance team with Audit tasks, being the main point of contact for Bank reconciliation requests.
