Are you adaptable?

Protocol Education are looking for SEMH Teachers to work in schools across the West Yorkshire area. This role requires you to have knowledge of social and mental health difficulties. You would need to be positive when interacting with the students as well as know how to manage challenging behaviours.

Key skills:
•Be able to form relationships with both students and colleagues
•Strong communication
•Implement a diversified curriculum
•Keep students engaged

The ideal candidate should be able to overcome barriers and inspire the students to learn. This role includes teaching as well as motivating the students. You should be creative and able to create innovative lessons that will engage students who have a variety of needs. This role also requires you to set boundaries with the students and deliver clear information.
