As the Accounts Admin Assistant you will-
What you'll need to succeed
- Work with the team to assist in the processing of payroll.
- Reconciling company statements and petty cash.
- Sending invoices for approval.
- Liaising with suppliers.
- Ad hoc admin duties along with answering the phones.
What you'll get in return
- Competent user of Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of SAGE 200 preferred but not essential.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Team player.
What you need to do now
- 31 days holiday including bank holidays.
- Working hours 8:30 - 5:00 but can be flexible.
- Pension contribution.
- Working with a lovely team.
- £20,000 to £22,000 depending on experience.
