We are looking for an enthusiastic Relief Manager with previous retail experience, ideally from a charity shop background to support our expanding team. The post will provide cover for holiday and sickness absence, to support our shops in the South region of East Anglia.Relief Manager (South)Location: Covering shops in the South region of East AngliaJob Type: Fixed Term, temporary for 12 months from appointment dateHours: Full-time 37.5 hours per weekSalary: £18,085 per annumWith a flexible, hands-on approach you will have the ability to motivate a team of volunteers to maximise sales and generate income to support the work of EACH. You will be self-motivated to run your own diary, providing additional support and assistance alongside the Shop Manager as requested by the Retail Manager or Head of Retail.The work is varied and will include ordering, sorting and merchandising stock along with monitoring sales against target and maintaining a high standard of display, presentation and cleanliness throughout the shops. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all monies are banked and financial returns are completed on a weekly basis.This role provides a great opportunity to gain experience in multi-site retail management.A full clean driving licence and use of your own car are essential.
