CONTRACT MANAGER, FAMILY MENTOR SERVICE SOUTH, NOTTINGHAM, PERMANENT, 18.5 HPW, FRWK13 £26,060 - £29,003 FTE (PRO-RATA: £13,030 - £14,501) A fantastic opportunity has risen within Framework's Family Mentor Service. The family mentor service is an established service supporting families in the St Ann´s, Arboretum, Hyson Green, Bulwell and Aspley wards in Nottingham by Framework, Home Start and Bulwell Toy Library. Family mentors are a peer workforce of parents or grandparents who understand the needs, challenges and aspirations of families. They will work alongside families and the existing early year workforce to provide a better start to children 0-3 living in the above wards. They will be supported and guided by professionals, taking a range of activities into family homes and co-delivering group sessions and activities in the community. Framework is looking for an experienced Contract Manager to support Home Start Management Team with KPI's, contract management meetings, audit, compliance and financial returns as well as trouble shooting and support with underperformance. You will be expected to motivate the team to deliver high quality services, work alongside commissioners, partners and other stakeholders, provide expert advice and support to the Home Start Management Team and ensure that the service is meeting all of its agreed targets.The Contract Manager is directly responsible, through remote, direct and indirect management, for ensuring that all necessary actions are taken to meet contractual obligations within budget and to agreed quality standards. The successful candidate will have experience of working with children and families and will be able to demonstrate knowledge of child development. They will be a proficient leader and manager and have led and developed a diverse team. They will also have experience of multi-agency working and be creative and an excellent problem solver.
