Every week over 100 individuals take part in the Dance for Parkinsons programme which supports balance, spatial awareness, and fluidity of movement. Working across care homes and arranging dance classes for those with dementia and their families, Scottish Ballet help develop communication, expression, co-ordination, and engagement of the brain of those living with dementia to improve their quality of life. Scottish Ballet's newest dance programme aims to improve the physical, mental, and social wellbeing of people living with Multiple Sclerosis. Their experienced dance education professionals are specialists in dance health, and they now have a full-time Dance Health team which is a progressive first for ballet companies in the UK.Scottish Ballet need a new Partnerships Account Manager. In this role you will play an important part within the advancement team, contributing to the growth of Scottish Ballet's partnerships by increasing revenue and developing prospect partnerships. This a rewarding and diverse role where there will be flexibility in your working day, you could be taking prospect partners on a tour of the building, travelling with the company to venue cities, or working on vital proposals and managing relationships.The new Partnerships Account Manager will work closely with the partnership team to achieve targets and deliver excellent relationship management. To be effective while researching potential partners and working on proposals you should be highly organised, have the ability to manage multiple priorities, and have excellent writing and reporting skills. You should be able to work well under pressure and have fantastic communication skills for managing relationships with corporate partners through emails, calls and meetings. Being comfortable speaking in public to a wide range of audiences, being personable and able to confidently get along with people and having an outgoing, friendly personality are important in this role.
