IT & Development Manager
Working within the Travel industry in a fully refurbished office with like minded individuals, you will work on a range of Microsoft ASP/ .Net applications, from central reservations and back-office systems to high volume of public websites. The role will be suitable for someone looking to move into a leadership role or has experience as an IT Applications or Development Manager.
The day-to-day role will include but not limit you to overviewing the development of a team's progress in all areas, whilst fine tuning the process of the implementation of Agile. From leading projects to managing teams, you will be expected to devise and implement testing strategies to power continuous delivery and continuous integrations whilst concluding all IT projects with comprehensive reports.
This role will be simplified by having qualifications such as Scrum Essentials & Master, ITIL Foundation a Prince2 and MCSE, however the right candidate with have a range of experience from Microsoft Development Languages, Management, CRM exposure to the testing of methodologies.
If you've been exposed to leading teams, Agile methodology, Legacy or similar cloud platforms, and supplier management with the energy, enthusiasm and have the ability to lead and inspire a team of developers please get in touch as my client is eager to interview the right candidate immediately.
Part of your role will require you to develop your communication and negotiation skills as you will work with stakeholders, whilst working to develop products and IT road maps and reporting of IT project statuses.
