My client is an award winning, privately owned, luxury skincare brand. They are now recruitng a China Account Manager to assist grow the companies China business.

About You:

This newly created role will assist in helping grow our China business (ecommerce cross border). You will be a warm, passionate individual who loves all things brand, social marketing, skincare and China. You will thrive on understanding, meeting and exceeding client and business requirements. You will be an advocate of the brand, love working as part of a team, but also enjoy the opportunity to use your initiative. You will enjoy managing and developing your own relationships with our agency partners to hold them to account for activity and build passion for the brands results.

Key Elements of the Role:
  • Manage TP/Key Trade Partner
  • Liaise and coordinate stock, forecasting and budgets
  • Social channel management - Includes WeChat, Little Red Book and Weibo. Content production, account management, community engagement, weekly and monthly planning
  • Social and Ecommerce Analytics Monitoring
  • Content strategy and engagement reviews
  • Brand building activities for China - creating relevant partnerships and attracting domestic Chinese communities
  • Continuous competitor analysis, brand localisation and comprehensive content/messaging plan

Ideal experience:
  • British/European/Native Chinese Speaker
  • Experience working with a TP/Distributor in China for cross border ecommerce
  • Experience with Tmall Global
  • A few years additional experience in China
  • Ideally experience of managing a brand in the China market
