Service Desk Manager
Hays Technology is looking for a Service Desk Manager to help our client, who are based in Birmingham to implement the ITIL process to a team of 6 Service Desk Support employees.
What you will be doing:
You will be managing the team of 6 who are not currently following the ITIL process in place, looking at the current processes and seeing why these aren't working. So this requires someone to come in and assess the situation and provide a solution.
What we are looking for:
- Strong managerial skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Someone who focuses on Customer services
- Someone who is strong minded to turn the Service Desk around
- Ideally someone who has managed a similar service desk previously
- Public sector experience is desirable
What you will get in return:
This is a 5 month contract, to start ASAP and to end in March 2022. The role will have hybrid working opportunities with 3/4 days working in the office and the other 1/2 days from home.
This role is INSIDE IR35 and the rate is £400 per day.
