Intro: We are excited to be working with a great Independent Training Provider, they operate Nationally and operate within both the Employability & Skills sector. They are looking for a Head of Performance to drive and manage the growth, performance and ensure the quality of delivery. Our client has a number of funded provisions, including and AEB, Traineeships, ESF and smaller regional funds. This is an exciting role for an experienced, passionate Head of Performance or Head of Operations or a Senior Operations Manager to join the business and manage and grow their delivery in London / Greater London Area.

Role and Responsibilities:
The role of the Head Performance will be to:
- Lead the delivery of their Employability & Skills programs in the Greater London Region.
- Manage the direct delivery and subcontracted delivery, as well as working within the Senior Leadership Team within the business to ensure a the strategic aims and vision are met.
- Track and report on performance, identify risks and swiftly identify areas of underperformance, creating plans and strategies to ensure they perform.
- Build a culture of high-performance, positivity and supportiveness
- Ensure robust systems and processes are in place and be assured of compliance with external requirements such as ESFA, Safeguarding/Prevent, lead as necessary in external audits, with a particular focus on Ofsted in the short-term.
- To collate, analyse and present information and statistics as required to complete bid/partnerships working documentation working with if appropriate relevant stakeholders.

Experience and Skills:
The ideal Head of Performance will have:
- Managed and driven performance on an ESF / AEB / Traineeship or similar funded provision.
- A hands on Senior Leader who will be involved in the implementation and Operational effectiveness of the proivision
- Strong experience and knowledge of OFSTED and maintaining high quality of learning.
- Oversee all activities relating to MIS, systems, and management of the funding.
- A sound understanding of ESFA guidance including but not limited to; Funding Rules & Performance Management, Funding rates & formula, How ESFA maintains oversight of Independent Training Providers (ITPs).
