Shift system 8:00-16:30/9:00-17:30, 5 days a week including weekends and holidays

[Main Responsibilities]

 Frequent Flyer Programme member support
 Reservations (airline tickets, trains, hotels, etc.)
 Ticketing
 Handling of inquiries

[Requirements]

 Team player
 Time management skills
 Customer service experience preferred
 Experience of the Frequent Flyer Programme preferred
 Call Centre experience preferred
 AMADEUS experience preferred
