Job Title: Customer Insight and Research Lead
Locations: Croydon, CR0
Contract Type: Temporary Ongoing
Work Pattern: Monday-Friday 36 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP
Provide organisational wide insight analysis to improve user experience and efficiency to provide a foundation for evidence based customer focussed solutions.
Ensure customer insight analysis is robust, actionable and makes a significant difference.
Ensure the organisation understands its customers, customer demand and requirements.
Deliver exceptional customer focused service and ensure the reputation of the team is maintained and enhanced at every opportunity.
Experience of developing and managing customer insight approaches and frameworks
Experience of developing and running ongoing and one off survey systems
Experience of working with and managing research providers and other suppliers.
Experience of carrying out customer segmentation and profiling
Strong numerical and statistical skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Proficient in using analysis software for example SPSS, SAS, and KXEN.
Proficient in one open source tool (R or Python) is desirable.
Proficient using query languages: SQL, T-SQL is desirable.
Proficient in use of statistical techniques: hypothesis testing (chi sq, t-test), distributions, linear models (regression) etc.
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with data visualisation tools e.g. PowerBI, Cognos
Significant hands on experience of a full range of research methodologies.
