Our client are a leading data management company who provide innovative data insights to their customers and they are looking for some temporary support within their HR team.
This is a part time, office based or hybrid role working 15 hours per week.
• Responsible for the maintenance of Zoho, recording new starters and annual leave requests
• Support admin/set up of ride2work scheme
• Support transfer of HR files from internal sharepoint systems
• Support objective setting process for 2022, including sharing materials and ensuring all managers have submitted development plans etc.
• Collate and file all HR documentation (sharepoint and physical storage)
• support the senior management team with room bookings, travel planning, CEO support and other ad hoc admin tasks
If you are a competent HR administrator with the ability to support in a PA capacity then I would like to hear from you.
This is a temporary position for around 1 month with an immediate start.
Ideally spreading the 15 hours over 4 days, 2 full days would also be considered for the right candidate.
