Location: Remote working & London
Daily rate: £250 - £318 Umbrella (depending on experience)
Duration: 6 months (potential extension)
Our client is a International IT and Telecommunications organisation, who are looking for a Success Account Manager to join a Global Customer Success team, based in Reading. You will be providing the best customer experience while
concierging customers through the long-term part of their journey in a fast-growing and dynamic environment. Daily activities include acting as a first point of contact for incoming customer requests as well as building and executing proactive success plans targeting contract renewals.
Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with accounts to drive customer satisfaction and assist in achieving their desired business goals through our service.
Promote value added conversations throughout the life of the contract with the ultimate goal of customer retention.
Dealing with incoming customer inquiries related to contractual, product and other matters as well as escalations.
Based on proactive business indicators such as NPS and platform usage identify and address potential risks related to account renewals.
Actively cooperate with related stakeholders and teams across the globe.
Forecast, execute and meet key account performance metrics such as customer satisfaction and renewal rate.
Recognize potential revenue opportunities and engage the sales team.
Key Skills required:An ideal candidate should have knowledge and experience of strategic account management in the IOT/Telematics/SaaS industry
Clear understanding of what drives customer satisfaction, as well as strong willingness to develop further
A business degree and/or experience in strategic account management withproven ability to develop relationships with customers (mandatory);
Fluent written and verbal communication in English is required (mandatory);
Communicative verbal and written skills of another European language are anadvantage
Excellent communication, listening and troubleshooting skills
Previous experience working with SAP, Salesforce and Gainsight are an advantage (not mandatory)
Well-developed time management and prioritization skills
General understanding about IOT products and solutions
Strong leadership skills
Structured "can-do" approach to open matters and tasks in a demanding environment
Methodical and conscientious documentation skills
Willingness to develop while identifying opportunities over self-reflection.
