B7 Community Specialist Rehabilitation Team Lead (Allied Health Professional) 30 hours / week Permanent
The Cheshire and Merseyside Rehabilitation Network (CMRN) is a unique collaborative integrated pathway delivered in a hub, spoke and community model providing specialist rehabilitation to patients who have suffered traumatic injury or illness dependent on need and not diagnosis.

We are looking for a suitably skilled and experienced Allied Health Professional to lead one of our Community Specialist Rehabilitation Teams, which provide specialist rehabilitation to patients with highly complex needs across St Helens and Knowsley, Liverpool and Sefton. This post is currently aligned to St Helens and Knowsley, but you will need to work in close collaboration with the other community team as part of an increasingly integrated community service.

As an established community rehabilitation specialist you will oversee and coordinate the team s work load, ensuring effective overall case-load management and patient flow. Adopting a flexible and adaptable approach, you will manage a clinical case-load in addition to team lead duties.

This is a great opportunity to promote excellence in community specialist rehabilitation by working with small teams of highly dedicated and very experienced staff to help support the development and delivery of our future service model.
You will work autonomously, but will be supported by the Community Specialist Rehabilitation Service and additional options for assistance and for your wider clinical, professional and leadership development are accessible through the alignment to the wider Rehabilitation Network and the Walton Centre Therapies Service.

If you are interested we strongly recommend that you contact the service for an informal discussion and to arrange a face to face or virtual visit. Interviews planned for 18th November.
