An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Clinical Home Manager to work in an exceptional care home based in the Stourbridge, Dudley area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This care home offers temporary accommodation for respite and rehabilitation offering the highest possible standards of care and support to older people with dementia and our philosophy is to see beyond the illness recognising the wider needs of the individual

**MUST be qualified as a Nurse either RGN or RMN with a valid NMC Pin**

As the Clinical Home Manager your key responsibilities include:
  • To utilise authentic leadership, role modelling and inspirational skills to motivate the team to deliver excellent quality of care
  • To become the person in charge responsible for the day-to-day running of the Service with 24 hour responsibility for the care of the Service Users
  • To manage the effective use of resources, including the financial performance of the Service, and maintain high levels of occupancy
  • To provide improvement, independence and choice for Service Users
  • To comply with all regulatory and legislative requirements at all times and in particular the CQC for the Registration and Inspection of Nursing Homes and NMC guidelines

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
  • Caring and Compassionate
  • Must have experience of managing a large care service
  • Lead and Develop your team to delivery high quality care
  • A good role model for all employees, being approachable and providing a regular presence and visibility with all levels of employees as well as being consistent in all actions and decisions

The successful Clinical Home Manager will receive an amazing salary of £45,747 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role for 37.5 hours a week working through Day Shifts. In return for your hard work and dedication you will receive the following generous benefits:
