Role: Administrative Assistant
Duration: 14 months
Pay rate: £9.78p/h
York - Monks Cross. Training will be conducted in the office, hybrid working will then be facilitated with 1/2 days working in the office and the rest from home.
Monday - Friday, 7 hours per day (9am to 5pm) - lunch breaks will be unpaid
There is also an opportunity to work 10am to 6PM to align with Canada hours
To be part of a team of administrative assistants who will support the testing and readiness of portal users to complete the onboarding process to the new system project.
To contact users with new system accounts to ensure their access is tested by users. To log this contact detail and collate any feedback for the project team re failed/successful testing and/or any technical issues that may arise.
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work without direct supervision.
Computer literate, competent in the use of Microsoft Outlook and Excel spreadsheets
Organised and able to prioritise your own workload
Attention to detail; as we are a financial organisation we have a focus on audit and security controls, so while we would expect you to learn new processes quickly, we would also need you to be thorough in your work.
