Salary: Circa. £22K, can be negotiable depending on experience
Working Hours: 37.5, Monday - Friday

In order to keep up with the demands of business, my client is seeking an organised, collaborative, and dedicated Billing Administrator to join their Finance Team.
Billing customers on time and accurately is critical to my client's success, so they are looking for someone who is customer focused and really understands how to connect with customers and colleagues to successfully deliver daily billing processes.
Complete all customer billing queries
Set up new call tariffs and accounts
Complete changes to existing customer's tariffs and accounts
Manage customer files within the company filing system
Raise billing queries with suppliers
Liaise with customers to discuss billing information and queries over the phone and in writing, in a professional and efficient manner
Report customer queries to necessary company/department and help resolve
Collect daily and monthly call detail records
Provide weekly and monthly reports
Generate monthly invoices
Process monthly email invoices and reports and dispatch via email
Export files to SAGE Experience & Skills:
The ability to work proactively within the organisation to obtain an accurate billing cycle is critical
Strong understanding of Billing processes
Experience in disputing invoices and working with customers to resolve service issues
Strong verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and billing systems Amazing Benefits:
