Hays are working exclusively with a fast paced business in Telford to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their Finance TeamYour new role
You will take full responsibility for the Purchase ledger function from start to finish, with duties including:
What you'll need to succeed
- Processing supplier invoices
- Reconciling statements
- Resolving supplier queries
- Payments runs
- Month end procedures
- Additional ad hoc duties within the finance team
You should have Accounts Payable/ Purchase ledger experience as well as good IT skills and strong communication skills. You should be able to work well within the wider team whilst taking responsibility for the Purchase ledger functionWhat you'll get in return
