Service Charge Administrator - Ringwood - £21,000 - £25,000

A Service Charge Administrator is required for our client based in Ringwood. Sitting within the Accounts department, you will be required to support the team to ensure the successful completion of Service Charge accounts for multiple developments.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the development budgets process in accordance with the workflow
  • Deal with all customer queries, escalating to the team where necessary
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and producing year end accounts
  • Prepare development budgets
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external teams and customers
  • Monitor and report any issues that may arise
  • Assist with arranging and preparation of meetings, bookings and appointments
  • Be first point of contact for assisting with owners account queries


Key Skills:
  • Excellent customer service and administration skills
  • Accuracy and good attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, mainly Word and Excel
  • Professional telephone manner with the ability to communicate on all levels
  • GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English Language
  • Previous experience using a property management system advantageous
  • Numerically minded with a desire to study an accounting qualification


Working hours are 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Thursday and 9am - 5pm on Friday
