We are currently partnered with a leading global consulting firm, to recruit a highly driven client engagement support administrator. This is one of the UKs top consulting firms. And this role is perfect for a candidate who has experience of dealing with anti-money laundering checks and high-volume data processing. Preferably someone who has a background within law or finance would be suitable for this role.

The Role

This is a full-time opportunity to be based in Cardiff. Your primary role will be to provide support in our client and engagement acceptance process and perform customer due diligence to ensure compliance with our AML regulatory compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities will include;
  • Performing customer due diligence research and AML checks.
  • Reviewing conflict requests and issuing conflict check responses
  • Supporting engagement teams with client and engagement acceptance
  • Reviewing regulatory compliance as part of the client and engagement acceptance process for regulatory compliance, confidentiality and data privacy purposes
  • Preparation and support on external, regulatory, quality assurance reviews
  • Supporting the Quality and Risk Management team on other business critical projects and training.

The Background
  • Experienced in Word, Excel and Power Point, all documents the client produces and sends will be using these systems.
  • Experience of high-volume data processing.
  • Prior experience of performing customer due diligence in a professional services environment.
  • Ability to manage and take responsibility for your work and drive forward tasks on a number of projects in parallel.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Legal or accountancy background preferred.
