NJR are currently representing a very well established firm of Chartered Financial Planners who are based in the Loughborough area, who as a result of organic growth are now seeking an ambitious and talented Financial Planning Administrator to join their dynamic and forever growing Business.

Responsibilities

Delivering excellent, clear, appropriate and concise communication at all levels with clients, colleagues and external contacts.

Ascertaining the financial planning requirements of clients by working with team members, ensuring the administration, implementation and compliant processing of financial plans. Maintaining and anticipating these strategies over the lifetime of the clients service agreement.

Complete, process and maintain accurate and comprehensive records for each client.

Be proactive, plan, prioritise and reprioritise workflow to ensure deadlines are met.

Ensure consistent delivery of the companies and department processes, identifying improvements and reporting gaps or inefficiencies.

Maintain strict confidentiality at all times, whether relating to clients or the company's documentation and information.

Maintain up to date knowledge of financial products, service providers, regulatory requirements and codes of practice relating to this role.

Attend regular team meetings, huddles, 121 performance, personal development review meetings and appraisals.

Set goals to develop yours, the department and company's potential and proactively maintain performance in line with company guidelines using the Personal Development Journey and supporting documentation.

Carry out and deliver duties and competencies as defined, to assist the smooth running of the company.

Attend internal and external courses as agreed appropriate to ensure ongoing competencies.

The successful candidate will need to have previous experience working within a Financial Planning/IFA environment, with exposure to the financial whole of market or pensions, You would of achieved or working towards qualification in Financial Administration FA1 and FA2 or Certificate in Financial Planning.
