REED Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be representing our client, one of Northern Ireland's leading employers in Co Antrim, and are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join their busy finance team.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity offering excellent benefits and core hours of work.
Reporting to the Financial Manager and working as part of a small team, key duties will involve:
Management of the accounts payable function
High volume invoice processing
Supplier statement reconciliation
Resolving any supplier queries
Sales ledger and invoice processing
Preparation of credit notes as required
Assisting with payroll where possible
Providing support as required as part of a small team
Candidates will have three years experience in an accounts role with specific accounts payable experience.
Candidates will ideally have previous payroll experience and a working knowledge of Sage payroll software. Experience working with MS Excel and ERP systems would be an advantage.
Candidates will ideally have experience working in the manufacturing industry.
Candidates will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
