JOB TITLE: Construction Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3+ years
SALARY: Up to c£65,000 (£DOE)
A fiercely sought-after position has become available for an ambitious Construction Solicitor within a well-regarded firm in London. The appointed Construction Solicitor will give expert advice in all aspects of building, construction, and engineering work, you will possess the ability to advise on a range of complex regulations and procedures effectively communicating to clients. You will take on a busy and varied caseload of construction matters and be able to provide cost effective solutions. The successful Construction Solicitor will be responsible for mainly contentious matters with some non-contentious matters.
You will have a minimum of 3 years' experience of dealing with both contentious and non-contentious construction matters. The role will require the successful Construction Solicitor to deliver consistently over all aspects of construction law, you will have great communication skills and possess the ability to engage confidently with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. Strong commercial awareness is also vital along with a common-sense approach to problem solving.
