We recognise that our business value comes from our exceptional people. As the SEO Team Lead you are a key enabler in the running of, and growth of, our agency. You are a core part of the management, planning and delivery of the company vision through our SEO service. You keep up to date of industry trends, and you make sure the team is developed and engaged to reach business targets. You demonstrate strong human relations skills and use those to build and maintain long term relationships with our clients and lead the SEO team by outstanding example on both work quality and ethos. You are a skilled collaborator across all areas of the business, and your decision making and problem solving is based on data-driven insights.

RequirementsProvide leadership, elevate best practice and partner with all areas of the business to support the agency growth

Proactively develop and establish trustful relationships with clients by ensuring quality, accuracy and consistency

Being accountable for the performance management of the SEO team through allocation and prioritisation of tasks

Establishing and improving internal processes across all areas of SEO through our project management system

Drive all people management activities within the department and ensure the team is equipped for success through appropriate learning and development programmes

Create and deliver SEO strategies for clients that are aligned with their business targets, starting with keyword research

Collect, analyse and translate data against KPIs to measure the effectiveness of strategies whilst always seeking creative and data-driven solutions

Increase company's revenue and profitability by winning new clients and identifying opportunities to upsell to existing ones

SPECIFICATIONSOver 3 years experience in an all round SEO within an agency on both B2B and B2C accounts

Strong leadership, people, management and client relationship skills

Flexible and adaptable in nature, that is able to manage client requests with what they will know will deliver the best results

Confident with planning and running client meetings across different industries and consistent in delivering best in class work for both small and large clients

Proficient with compiling and presenting reports that include large amounts of data
