A business administrator is required to join a friendly team in an accountancy firm in Preston or Blackpool.

Your new role
Under the line management of the Business Administration Manager, the successful candidates will facilitate service line organisation and communication by undertaking administrative duties such as, providing administration support across the Firm, answering phones and dealing with queries, assisting with the set-up of new clients, produce engagement letters and the sending of accounts electronically, providing basic PA support and diary management, continually seeking opportunities to improve processes, linking with wider service line efficiency projects.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, candidates must be able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines in addition to proficient in the use of MS office (specifically Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel), strong administration, organisation and communication skills with the ability to manage time efficiently, ability to maintain effective working relationships with clients, Partners and colleagues, professional telephone and personal manner, excellent attention to detail and the ability to demonstrate initiative and flexibility, full clean driving licence or ability to travel to our other offices.
