Reed Accountancy are working with a Manufacturing business in Silsden who are looking for a Permanent Finance Assistant.

Key responsibilities:

• Sales and Purchase invoicing

• Credit control

• Bank Payment/Receipts

• Bank Reconciliations

• Processing invoices through Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central.

• Contacting clients/suppliers to resolve any issues or collect payment when appropriate.

• Liaising with other internal departments

• Entering supplier invoices into Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central

• Accruals and prepayments

• Posting journals

• Assisting with monthly and weekly reports

You will be able to demonstrate:

• Be AAT Qualified or have a minimum of 3 years experience within an accounts/bookkeeper role

• Ideally have previous experience of Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central

• Have the attitude and ability to meet challenging deadlines

• Have excellent communication skills
