Do you have experience working in finance and do you have excellent attention to detail?

I have an exciting opportunity to join a growing finance team to provide an efficient purchase ledger service for an established, growing organisation.

  • To check supplier invoices against purchase orders
  • Processing invoices efficiently
  • Check supplier statements against invoices
  • Maintain efficient purchase ledger filing system
  • Check and accurately prepare high volume expense claims
  • Check accuracy of coding of expense claims and nominal accounts
  • Deal with client queries over phone, email and face to face
  • Resolve employee queries and any additional administrative duties

Skills needed:
  • Experience working in a similar busy finance role
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Excellent communication and administration skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
