Job Title: Event Finance Administration
Salary: £24,000 - £27,000
Our client is looking for a candidate to support their Event Managers with the financial transactional processes related to to their event activities. This will include working within our iprocurement finance system to include supplier set-up process, purchase order creations, managing schedules, supplier invoice authorisation management and post event reconciliation close-off. The role will mean working across our different divisions of Events, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and accounts payable.
This is an administration focused role, and they are looking for someone who has worked within the hospitality, events, or hotel sectors who is happy to be in front of customers, stakeholders and suppliers. Someone not afraid of a spreadsheet and happy to keep on top of deadline and give a friendly nudge when needed! In addition, there will be elements of supporting the Event Managers with some sourcing activities (such as venues for dinners or event collateral) and requirement to travel onsite to events to provide ad hoc support as required throughout Europe.
You will be process driven with excellent attention to detail and good financial acumen. You will have excellent organisational skills coupled with strong administrative skills.
