If yes then Office Angels would love to speak to you in regards to a Finance Administrator role we are currently recruiting for within Livingston, West Lothian.

We are looking for someone to work on a full time, temporary position for a minimum of 3 months to join an already thriving finance team.

The main duties of the role will be to set up new agreements, ensure that monthly, quarterly and annual invoices are raised on a timely basis, keep on top of new and updating agreements, ensure sales orders are raised by sales to generate purchase orders to sub-contractors, carry out monthly reporting and ensure any finance queries are addressed by both customers and internal sources.

You will be required to work closely with other departments to ensure best practice and develop any new processes if required.

Having experience within finance/accounts is essential.

If you have experience within the above duties, work well under pressure, have previous finance administration/assistant experience and work with a high attention to detail this role is for you!
