We have an urgent need for one of our clients, a broad Corporate & Customer Communications Exec role for a 3mth period to support the business on specific deliverables during a time or reorganisation and team restructuring.
Your focus will be on providing ongoing customer communications, both proactive and responsive, via a range of largely digital channels and alongside the planned cadence of comms already in place. You'll also be responsible for content creation on the company's website, revising, editing, and planning a broad suite of information resources aimed at customers and internal/external stakeholders.
We're looking for a good writer, someone organised and with a broad comms background - corporate comms or marketing - to step into this role immediately and offer extra capacity and written comms capability.
