Mid/Snr Account Manager, Remote or Hybrid (Product/B2B/SaaS) - Remote/UK

£60 to 69k basic + bonus + stock options

My client is a digital start-up AI Software Builder, that specialises in building, maintaining and running bespoke software for their customers, making it faster, more accessible and less expensive for everyone to bring their ideas to life.

They are very keen to hire 1x Account Manager and 1x Snr Account Manager and for both roles you must have solid Product experience as well as B2B and SaaS and you will be dedicated to their Entrepreneur customer segment to help their future customers to get to their value proposition as fast as possible. You must have B2B and SaaS experience, which is essential.

This can be a fully remote role or hybrid - your choice !

The company's human-assisted AI platform helps anyone build, run & scale tailor-made software. Everyone from the bakery in Riyadh and nursery in London, to large fortune 100 companies like the BBC or Pepsi.

What will you be doing?

Unlocking product opportunities for our engine and acquisition teams to fuel growth

Create highly engaging product experiences for Entrepreneurs who discover the business through performance channels

Optimise the funnel

Plan, implement and prioritize data-led multivariate (A/B/n) testing at scale (in cooperation with design, revenue and analytics teams)

Constantly monitor our data and analytics to develop experiments to optimise our customer experiences worldwide

Create a vision and strategy for new customer pathways to conversion and cross-sell (new landing pages, ad creatives, product pages, blog posts, lifecycle assets etc.)

Coordinating with channel managers on journey mapping

Running additional quantitative and qualitative research on visitors to understand their behaviour


2-3+ years' experience in website/app product management or conversion optimisation

Proven track record of improving digital conversion rate and customer retention through on-site and off-site A/B testing

Strong background in customer acquisition, expansion, and retention techniques leading to revenue growth

Strong experience with: Google Analytics, Mixpanel or Segment and some AB testing tools

Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives

Some experience / awareness of: Salesforce, Hubspot, Tableau, Webflow, Figma or similar

Experience in a high-growth company is preferred

Experience in the B2B space / SaaS would be ideal
