Role: Temporary Administrator

Location: Liverpool

Hours of work: 8.30am-5pm/9am-5.30pm

Pay rate: £9.50 per hour

We are currently looking for an experienced Temporary Administrator to join a well established Property team in Liverpool.

The successful candidate will have strong administrative skills, be experienced in supporting busy and hands-on teams. We are looking for a candidate with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills, as well as the ability to use multiple IT systems.

Key Requirements:
  • Processing invoices and tracking in accordance with current systems
  • Liaising with Finance team
  • Purchase order management
  • Acting as a point of contact for tenants
  • Answering telephone calls and relaying messages
  • Support Building Managers in updating web-based property H&S system
  • Prepare reports and documents required for team
  • Prepare and issues agendas, records, distribute minutes
  • Carrying out additional administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, photocopying, scanning, typing etc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Previous administrative experience is essential, preferably within a property or purchasing setting
  • Must have strong knowledge of MS packages including Excel
  • Previous experience handling data inputting
  • Consider themselves to have an eye for detail and accurate approach to all work carried out
