Field Sales Manager – Anglia – Global Paint & Coatings Brand
£25,000 plus bonus and commission (OTE £50,000)
Plus Car Allowance + Pension
Who we are:
The company manufactures unique paint products, metal protection solutions and high-end internal and external wood care solutions. Our route to market is through specialist Decorators Merchants and Timber Merchants with a strong database of existing accounts.

The Sales Manager Role:
We require a motivated and driven Sales Manager to develop sales with both new and existing accounts respectively.
You will be tasked to drive sales through existing accounts, maximising the opportunity to deliver results from each partner. You will also need to deliver new accounts regularly and seek to deliver sales growth continuously through these partners.
Full training will be given and a three month probation trial will enable either party to decide on whether this opportunity is right for them. Experience within the Painting & Decorating market and Timber market is preferable but not essential as we are interested in finding the right person who is driven enough to succeed in selling no matter what the product or service may be.
You must have good interpersonal skills, the confidence to sell to new clients, a determination to achieve targets and the ability to do so.
The management ethos is to trust their employees to conduct themselves in their roles efficiently and effectively and not to become domineering over them. This means that you will have to be very self-motivated and have the ability to deliver results independently.
There is a team here to support you in your endeavours and will be able to work with you as and when you require them to.
The OTE is uncapped so the more you sell then the more you can earn!
