As a Marketing Account Executive you will support the client services team by assisting with the management and smooth running of client accounts, ensuring the agency process is followed and work is delivered to the client on time and to a high standard. This role is perfect for someone with some marketing administration experience looking to further their career in an agency setting.

What you will be doing:

* Assisting with the upkeep of client accounts by ensuring administration tasks and financials are kept up to date
* Establishing positive client relationships through regular telephone, email and face-to-face contact
* Anticipating client needs and responding swiftly to client queries
* Supporting the Account Manager in building and maintaining client confidence in campaign delivery, managing upwards to deliver a seamless service
* Developing an understanding of the business and client requirements in order to provide the most appropriate solution
* Managing the day-to-day administration of the accounts including the issuing of status reports, timing plans and contact reports where required by the Account Manager
* Drafting and facilitating internal and external communications that document progress to ensure the smooth running of campaigns and projects
* Monitoring project deadlines and budgets, identifying and communicating any changes which may be taking place
* Documenting client feedback on materials and ensure the team have an accurate reflection of what's being considered
* Proofing and copy-check work carefully to ensure it is error free

The essential skills and experience you need to be successful in the role are:

* Some agency or client-side marketing experience preferable but not essential
* Adaptable and calm under pressure
* A confident communicator with an enthusiastic, can-do attitude
* Able to prioritise and work to tight timings
* Highly organised, methodical and keen attention to detail
* Commercial understanding and confident with numbers
* Take pride in consistently producing high-quality work
