We have an exciting new opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our established and fast-growing business.

You will be required to execute across all digital paid media disciplines and email campaigns (SEM, Display, Paid Social, Native Advertising etc.) with budget experience for search and display.

Job Role: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Work from home role with 1 day per week required in our Heathrow office

Salary: Up to £18,000 per annum

Reporting To: Director of Digital

Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Identify target audience and grow our email list
  • Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
  • Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling
  • Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
  • Write newsletters including all company updates
  • Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features
  • Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes
  • Create email databases for lead generation
  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
  • Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
  • Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
  • Be responsible for development, management and optimization of all paid media programs such as paid search, programmatic, native advertising, and paid social campaigns
  • Perform daily account management of pay per click accounts
  • Provide execution-based PPC recommendations
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness and ROI of all PPC activities
  • Manage moderate to large scale PPC accounts in a variety of business verticals
  • Generate new paid search campaigns, ad groups and develop keyword lists
  • Leverage insights from analytics platform to make changes to paid search campaigns
  • Generate Weekly and Monthly client reporting
  • Oversee relationships with digital vendors
  • Provide insights and recommendations on efficient campaign management and reporting tools
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, display network and other areas of paid search to meet client goal.
  • Assist in the development of effective ad copy, content and guide creative on ideal assets
  • Be responsible for setting goals/targets for team per client

Management:
  • Manage tactical PPC initiatives for the client's business; maintain a focus that deliverables and plans are in line with client's long-term goals
  • Manage team resources and assigns responsibilities / initiatives to team members
  • Work with members of the team to develop recommendations and tactical plans to increase ROI
  • Ensure team delivers on assignments and team goals

Research:
  • Stay current on changes and best practices in PPC
  • Take initiatives regarding social content development, blog writing, group learning, etc.
  • Continually look for ways to increase the group's efficiency

  • TradeDesk experience, and DoubleClick Campaign Manager experience
  • Knowledge of 3rd party bidding tools
  • Facebook and YouTube marketing and remarketing knowledge
