Grafton Banks is currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a fast growing business based near Maidstone. You will be required to work alongside the processing team and give support to the Finance Manager.
The key responsibilities include:
- Reconciling finance accounts
- Maintaining spreadsheets
- Credit control
- Preparing statutory accounts
- Cash allocation
- Sales order processing
- Managing daily post in and out
- Handling and writing cheques
- Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment
