If so, we have a fabulous PR manager role that may be perfect for you.

We are working with a fantastic, award winning client based in Loughborough, who have consistently grown over the years and are extremely well established.

Due to continual growth, they are looking to hire a PR Manager who will have the ability to lead their public relations professional team and will take on the full responsibility for the strategy, collaboration, execution, and measurement of PR and Media relations campaigns for the company and their clients, with the goal of building and enhancing an outstanding image for both.

To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:
  • Experience in leading & developing a PR team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a broad understanding of PR strategy building, concepts and tools
  • Able to spot opportunities and prioritise multiple projects
  • Able to act as a spokesperson when necessary in both broadcast & print media
  • Solid experience with social media marketing

The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate with an attention to detail. A candidate that possesses the ability to keep information confidential and the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.

Within this position, you'll also be:
  • Creating and delivering PR campaigns for a wide variety of businesses
  • Planning and implementing strategies, highlighting any potential pain-points and adapting accordingly
  • Coordinating all public relations activities and photo opportunities, and evaluating results
  • Directing and supporting the PR team to engage audiences across traditional and new media
  • Managing media enquiries and interview requests
  • Researching and creating content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations to targeted media
  • Evaluating opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an ongoing basis
  • Building relationships with industry leaders to grow industry awareness
  • Preparing case studies, speeches, articles, new business tenders, presentations & reports for senior managment
  • Supporting junior team members in their development including determing KPIs

Salary & Working Hours
  • Salary is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependant on experience
  • Full Time
