Are you a Senior PR Account Manager OR PR Account Director looking to join an established and fun agency that have an incredible client portfolio across B2B and Consumer? Our client has gorgeous new offices in Nottingham, so this role can be based here, however, they are also in the process of opening an office in the West Midlands due to continued growth, so if you are based here then it could also be a great opportunity for you. You will either be coming from a B2B background OR consumer OR you may be working across a mixed portfolio. Whatever your passion and preference, this agency has a great pool of clients for you to get working on straight away. If you are currently working at Senior PR Account Manager level, being client-facing, working closely with your clients while nurturing more juniors in the team this could be the opportunity for you. You will enjoy getting involved with developing proposals and being part of new business pitches, getting that buzz when you secure a brand new client. Although working at a senior level, you will be happy doing to do and getting stuck in to content creation and media relations. You will love sharing your expertise with juniors in the team and will be a pivotal part of the team, where your voice is heard. This is a full-time, permanent role and the salary is dependent on experience £40k - £45k

The Role

As Senior PR Account Manager OR PR Account Director, you will be managing a portfolio of client accounts, this will depend on your experience and you can choose B2B or consumer, or a mix of both. This client would rather get you working on sectors that interest you. You will be consulting with your clients, setting compelling PR strategies and being hands-on with delivering PR strategies across content creation, liaising with the media to gain coverage for your clients and nurturing juniors in the team. They want to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to continue to grow and develop no matter where you are in your career.

About You
  • You must have experience working within an agency and love agency life
  • Proven experience in developing PR strategies
  • You will have experience in being client-facing, developing PR campaign ideas and then being hands-on in the implementation
  • Experience in managing and mentoring an accounts team
  • You will love nurturing others and passing your experience on while continuing to learn yourself
  • You will be working with the media at local, regional and national levels along with specific publications and enjoy building these relationships
  • You will be forward-thinking and enjoy keeping up with the latest trends in PR and the sector, bringing and contributing fresh ideas
  • Love the buzz of agency life and enjoy spinning lots of plates
  • Self-motivated and enjoy working from home as well as in the office

This role is based in Nottingham and is easily commutable across the East Midlands, it can also be based in Birmingham, with a one day a week (or less) trip to the Nottingham office. There is lots of flexibility around this.
